No automatic acceptance
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee eligibility, timing or approval. A service begins only after we confirm scope, price, required documents and acceptance.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents, disclose intended use, and promptly notify us of changes. You remain responsible for safety, crewing, radio, insurance, customs, tax, import, export and local operating obligations.
Prices and third-party decisions
Published service prices apply to the described package and assumptions. Additional work or circumstances outside that scope will be explained before proceeding. Registry and authority decisions remain outside our control.
Refunds
Before registration work begins, cancellation will be considered according to the accepted service terms. Once preparation has begun and registration expenses or third-party fees have been incurred, a full refund is no longer available. A partial refund may be considered according to the work completed, non-recoverable expenses and the stage of the application. No refund is due for costs already paid or committed on the client’s behalf unless they are recoverable.
Timelines
Any stated timeframe is a service target based on a complete, acceptable file. Missing evidence, registry review, holidays, inspections, technical questions and third-party action can change timing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Berkman E-commerce Group LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, loss caused by inaccurate client information, or acts and decisions of authorities and third parties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence remain unaffected.
